Dentons Mergers & Acquisitions Guide is comprised of chapters that focus, from a business perspective, on key aspects, issues and documents involved in a merger or acquisition (or disposition) transaction. It is intended to provide a general framework and understanding of the issues that often arise in the context of these transactions. We recognize, of course, that every deal is unique, presenting its own issues and challenges. Our collective experience, however, is that there is a significant amount of commonality among M&A deals, regardless of the parties, size or complexity.
